Martin was outstanding today! We just purchased a new house and he came out to re-install all the electronics throughout the house including the robust sound system, tying the music apps, TV systems, and WiFi update. He even helped us with our Nest thermostats! He was so helpful and kind - nothing was a bother and he patiently helped us to learn all of the equipment. We highly may recommend him and Integrated Automation.

Martin was AMAZING! Spent several hours setting up our system. He personally assisted with getting the right apps set up on our phones and then had me go in and do everything on my own. I am so impressed with his patience and humor. I know we are in good hands with this team.

Jeff and his team are amazing, especially the design work. It was his idea to hide the AV eqpt behind the 85 inch Sony in the front room to keep the Southwest look; and the Theatre Room is of the highest quality. He is hyper-responsive!

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about AV equipment and matched my listening enjoyment to the proper equipment. The custom sound bar has outstanding sound quality, worth the money. First contacted Jeff at Integrated Automation in 2018 to upgrade my subwoofers. At that time I asked for his advice on upgrading my entire entertainment center and he said if you are happy with it no need to change it now. It was refreshing to hear candid and honest feedback from someone who had my best interest in mind. Fast forward to 2020 as Jeff and his team just completed an audio and video upgrade to take advantage of the latest technology improvements in streaming. In addition Jeff improved the sound quality of my existing outdoor speakers with his recommendations. All I can say is once you find a good mechanic you trust to work on your car you stick with them, the same is true with Jeff at Integrated Automation. You won’t be disappointed.

Jeff and his team were great. He was very knowledgeable.... I was all set to buy high end patio speakers from Magnolia he showed me commercial grade speakers that blew them away at half the price... guided us through the entire system selecting what I believe was the best for our budget and installed a whole home system that is awesome...my friends with Sonos are jealous and we spent a little more for a true killer system.... highly recommend....
