Used their service to pay a water bill that has a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any errors or charges resulting from their errors.

The first error was an automatic payment failed to process resulting in a late fee assessed. I called and made contact. The issue was escalated only after I called. Weeks went by with no contact. I requested a call back on each occasion, but never heard back from anyone.

The last error was a double charge for my payment. I put a stop payment on that because of the obvious error on their part. I was assessed a returned check fee. When calling, I was told they would escalate again. But being hopeless from the last experience and knowing it was my last bill after selling the home, I decided to just eat the fee. I did get a call back and told them I decided to take the charge so I would not ever have to deal with them. There was no offer to resolve the situation from the caller. I was able to use another method to pay.

Very Very nice Lady I spoke with and Very helpful. To bad Bessemer utilities customer service isn't as nice as this lady was. Bessemer Utilities ANYTIME I've had to call them they act like they are pissed off at the world. If you don't like your job find ANOTHER ONE AND GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙄 😡

This company is terrible not only do I have the exact same address but they double charged my card I used to pay the bill I had. They kept saying my address didn’t match and my payment didn’t process yet the processing fee did!!! It doesn’t make sense !

This company charged me twice for $2.50, $5 total. I don't know what this company does other than scam people. I didn't authorize these charges.

Now; why am I paying this? And how do I find out which one of my utilities is using this to process my 'payment'?

My water department used this company for online payments. When I paid my bill this month, I was somehow overcharged on the $2.95 service fee. After contacting my bank and the water company, we determined the mistake was on their end. I was given a number to call. The first CSR I spoke to was named Candace and was very rude from the beginning. She stated that she didn't know why my statement was showing I was charged more because I was only charged $2.95. I said no, I was charged $54.00 to both the water department and to y'all. She said no again and I said well the money isn't there and the charge says to y'all so, yeah, I was. She then put me on hold. After about 5 minutes it transferred me to her voicemail,where I left her a message with my number to call me back at. After 30 minutes I hadn't received a call back so I called again. After the prompts it went back to hold and was cut off. So I called again. This time the girl didn't give her name but seemed much nicer. I told her what had happened and she put me on hold again. Then a man, I'm assuming the manager, got on and was EXTREMELY rude. Yes, I got rude right back, because at this point it's ridiculous. He basically called me a liar and said that if I expected to get anything back I had better file a dispute with my bank and told me to send the proof to them via email and they would "look into it". I will never use their services again. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to pay my bill in person than deal with such nonsense. That manager needs to be fired.

Was working well till I had to update my card. Even after having a representative guarantee me the card information was updated, it still tried to charge my old card then just removed me from auto pay with no notification. This service is an absolute joke, they must have highschoolers programming for them. Only use if you like having late fees and past due bills.

Please figure out the difference between "remlap-pine mountain water" and "oneanta utilities"...... I'm not going to continue paying YOUR late fees!
