Gallop is extremely easy to work with to have issues resolved. I have utilized the remote sign-in to have numerous problems solved. Recently, I could not connect remotely to my emails and other office applications. The Tech support quickly identified the issue, corrected the problem and did a follow-up the next day to confirm all was well.
