Arguably the worst vendor I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Non-responsive support, buggy/clunky interface, outdated UI, compliance and policy mazes galore, and numerous billing issues after transitioning. Every step of the way, from implementation to exit, was exponentially more difficult than it needed to be. A bloated, ineffective organization with a software that is 10 years outdated.

Steer clear of this company with their bait & switch sales tactics for features which will never exist.

As a 16 year customer, I can say their platform is good, but they are expensive for non-profits. Be careful if you decide to switch companies, it’s costly to have access to your historical information.

Look out! Daxko could very well be the next Theranos. I'm not saying their product is TERRIBLE (but I'm also not saying it's not), just be careful when purchasing their product. Customer support is a nightmare, and from what I understand, it starts from their top command.
