Thought I had an expensive problem with my laptop. Far was quick to tell me it was a simple and inexpensive problem. Had to wait a week for parts, but that was not a problem for me and not Far's fault.
Really couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Although knowledgeable on PCs and their parts, I could not diagnose my issue. Chris was very informative and helpful, and got my PC back to me quickly. Definitely will be a returning customer should I have future need 👍

Just wanted to say thank you for fixing my computer for such a cheap price! I had to much on there to lose it all. Y’all ordered the part (rare part) and had it fixed within 3 days! I will be back in the future if I need anything else fixed!

I want to thank Chris at Far Computers for checking out my Ipad for me. It turns out it wasn't anything wrong with my screen . It was only the tempered glass broken. He could have charged me but he was honest telling me that the screen wasn't broken. Thanks.

I am so glad I found this place. My ancient laptop seemed to be dying and I really didn't want to go to a big box store. So I did a Google search and Far Computers looked like my best bet (37 years in business plus lots of very positive reviews). So glad I took this leap of faith. They were able to clean up my computer and determine that the hard drive was still kicking. They also installed much-needed malware and Spyware and instructed me on how to utilize it (and to NEVER fall for the pop-ups telling me I should upgrade to paid). All of this for $85!!! And now I know where I'll go when it finally dies to buy my next gently used laptop (the one I've had for ten years was bought used in a small business computer repair shop where I used to live). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Chris is an absolute magician. First pc build and couldn't get it to power on - he quickly updated to newest bios version and I was up and running. Then I was unable to download windows 11 on there, he got it done in minutes! He's got a lifetime customer in me for sure!
