I'm very pleased with the work Wilson Computer Support did on two of my laptop computers. Both of them had some significant issues and both were repaired in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. The staff was friendly and very professional. I will not hesitate to use Wilson again for all my computer issues. Highly recommended.

First time customer of Wilson Computer Support and the service was excellent. I called to schedule an appointment for residential support on a wireless printer and the tech support rep was at my house within three hours of my call. Charley, technical support representative, was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to solve my printer problem quickly. Not only did he resolve the printer problem but he was able to assist me with several other computer related questions/issues that I asked about. I would highly recommend Wilson Computer Support and would most definitely use them again.

Professional staff completely throughout my phone and repair experience with them.
Gave me personal attention, listened to my problems respectfully, answered all questions and explained the parts needed, and gave me a quote to repair.

My computer came back in a very timely manner, cleaned up to look like new, and their hourly service charge was $20 less per hr than a competitor. It works great now!

I really like the fact that Wilson does the work on site and I could speak with the repair technician directly.

I had a problem with my computer and Wilson Technologies changed my software from Google Chrome to Google Beta and all was good until
March 9, 2022. I called Wilson and their tech William came out and had
to change me back to Google Chrome and I paid him $125. Later I found
another problem and thought it had the same symptom; therefore I called Wilson and William returned my call. When I explained the problem toWilliam, he said that it was totally different. We set an appointment for the next morning. Today, William came out and I showed him the problem in documents and he said it was an easy fix. He changed the
method from Google Beta to Google Chrome, which took about five minutes. Granted I know very little about computers, but I felt the problem was the same. I had 10 minutes left on the hour I paid the previous day. I had to pay another $125. I thought this was totally unfair. I will not use Wilson Technologies again. On a positive note the Tech was as professional and nice as he could be.

I'm in Birmingham for the week on business and I dropped my computer which resulted in a much shattered screen. I called Dell and they said it would take 10 days to repair, I then traveled to Best Buy and they told me 2 weeks. I found Wilson Computer through a google search and they had my computer repaired and back to me in less 24 hours! Very friendly people and they charged a great price ( a lot less than Dell quoted). I highly recommend this company.

Everyone is very polite and they seem to have at least some expertise however I went in with a desktop with an intermittent issue and after a few days I was told the diagnosis was that I should not be “overclocking” my system/cpu. I had a cpu that was perfectly capable of being overclocked, unlocked from the factory for that specific purpose. I chalked it up to the cpu being degraded and picked up the pc and paid the diagnostic fee. When I got home I reset everything to default, factory, non overclocked settings and got the same issue.

I spoke with them about it and was told that the power supply had been tested and came back fine, so the only other option was the cpu/motherboard. I replace those with a brand new cpu/motherboard and run into the exact same issue. I finally get a replacement power supply and everything is completely fine, over clock and all, but now stuck with a separate mother board and cpu.

I called back with this information asking to receive a refund for my diagnostic fee($100) since the diagnosis was clearly incorrect and was told I would receive a call back, that was almost a month ago now and I’ve received no call back and no refund. I assumed for a professional shop charging such a high diagnostic fee that it would be as accurate as possible but apparently if something isn’t as simple as “this one part is totally destroyed” then you will get a made up diagnosis such as “it doesn’t need to be overclocked”.

I had a wonderful experience with Wilson Computers!! My computer had a virus, so I took it in to Wilson to see if they could help me. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The technician (Michael) explained everything in terms I could easily understand:). They were also very timely; I got my computer back the next day and haven't had a problem with it since then. I would highly recommend Wilson for any computer or technology problems!!!

Wilson computer helped us revamp our websites. Their level of professionalism was excellent along with their ability to communicate with us without using tech terminology.

In other words their goal is to produce a good product, along with a good experience for their customers.

We also used their computer repair service during this time and found the same level of knowledge and speed in the repair section of their company.

They are good at hiding their angel wings, but we know they have them.
It was a good and very productive experience for us.
