I had a new electrical panel plus a whole-house surge protector installed yesterday. Everything went smoothly. Lee Company pulled the required permits, contacted the local electric company to schedule the power to be shut off and turned back on. The correct parts were delivered to my door right before the electrician arrived. He did an excellent job. He was respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Chris and Clay did exceptionally good work when repairing our busted pipe. They went out of their way to take extra care to keep the area as neat as possible! They worked very efficiently together to complete the job as quickly as possible. Lee Company is very fortunate to have a group that works this well together. I highly recommend them. Lee company did an amazing job replacing a new HVAC, hot water tank and a crawl space encapsulation. I want to give kudos to Melvin, Devin, Rigo, Hayden and Jacob for outstanding work done. Great service all the way around. The repairman, Ben, who came out on Sunday (Easter Sunday too) and found the problems we were having with our unit. When it was decided we needed to replace it, our sales guy, Andy, came out on Monday morning and was able to find us a unit and schedule installation on Tuesday! I think that's amazing. Keep up with the good work!

We have used Lee Company for many years and are always happy with their service. We recently had our unit checked for winter readiness (a little late), and the tech who came out, Daniel, was extremely polite and explained everything he was doing. They also called ahead of time to let me know when he would be there. He was kind to our dog, even though she barked at him, and he was thorough in explaining everything he did with our unit.

Lee Company shut my power off @8am and it's now NOON, still no power.

There's no Lee Company Associate on site.
We have 3 fridges and 3 small children at home -including an infant.

I was told a generator was NOT NECESSARY and would take under 2 hours.

I was told at 9:30 am by the associate on site he would be completed in 5 mins.

I haven't seen anyone since.
