I have been a customer of Insight and before that R.A.D. for many years. What I like most about the company is the way they develop long lasting relationships with their customers. I believe this is what sets Insight apart from their competition. From the time I make a call to Dawn and then over to JP for scheduling, I am confident that my needs will be handled. Then over to Rob for some technical advice and finally programing, installation or service from Jon or Brian. I have had two of my personal homes done by Insight/R.A.D. This included two whole house systems and one theater and of course all the programing and installation that goes along with it. I was very satisfied with Rob's technical expertise and the professionalism of his team throughout the process. Thank you for giving us so many hours of entertainment each day with our system.

Insight was amazing to work with. We had our system installed by another COntrol 4 dealer and it never worked completely correctly. When wanting to add to our system, we looked for another dealer. We found Insight. They added to our system and fixed the entire network. The guys were helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I'm in the process of a major home remodel including dedicated theater room and full automation. I was lucky to come across Bryan at Insight. He installed my alarm panel that will communicate with my phone and light switches throughout house. He is a perfect example of the quality of vendors I prefer to work with, being very sharp, having a great attitude and high energy. This company literally came to our rescue after a disastrous experience with CineMagik. They took the time to understand my needs and formulate a professional installation within the boundaries of my budget. All their technicians displayed clear knowledge and understanding of the particular brand I was working with (Control 4). As with any project of this nature, there were some challenges to be faced and they did so with patience and until I was completely satisfied. They stood behind their work when a component failed and they swiftly reacted and took charge contacting the manufacturer, providing me with a temporary solution and then reinstalling the new piece of equipment in a matter of 2 days. It seems like these days businesses are forgetting the meaning and value of costumer care. Insight Home Solutions excels in that department. I highly recommend them.

Tech came out to install an new Blue Ray player that was integral part of a universal remote control. I was afraid that the universal remote would need to be reprogrammed.; Not necessary...everything went smoothly and after the install and checkout, he assisted my wife in integrating her Iphone into the Home Entertainment system and reprogrammed the remote to accept the Iphone.. Not cheap but worth the money.
