This is by far the best repair shop. They are knowledgeable, reliable, affordable and most importantly honest. They went above and beyond for me several times. I’m a girl that knows nothing about cars and they could have taken advantage of that but they didn’t. Best repair shop around. Thank yall for everything you did for me!

I had an oil leak fixed on my Volkswagen. I was told it would take about 3-4 days to fix it. I dropped it off on a Thursday, but I didn't get my car until the next Friday! On my original quote, I was also told it would be $1,500, but once they started working on it, they were like we forgot some parts. So, after everything was said and done, it was over $1,700. For reference, the VW dealership in Huntsville quoted me $2k for this job. I had a check engine light come on after 1k miles after the service to discover my car was a quart low of oil. I’m not sure how, but whoever filled the car with new oil didn't fill it with the proper amount.

Pro Tech Auto is an A+ Auto Care Shop in my book. I had my Cadillac towed in for a leaking brake line along the frame. The car was repaired within 2 days and driving like new after a sinking pedal the week before. Keep up the good work and professionalism guys.

I paid extra to get OEM parts... The water pump they installed failed after 2 years. It's Dayco. Buyer beware.
