I have been using Chad when he first started working on Computers here in Arab. He started out coming to your house. Boy he was a wise back then. Only take him a couple hours and he would have your computer up and back running. Now he takes care of multiple business companies computers. He really knows the computer inside and out. I trust him to mine, and would recommend him to anyone if they need work done on their computer.

I called Chad to ask a few questions about my computer.. not only was he extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked, he was extremely friendly! After the phone call I figured that would be it, well Chad went above and beyond by sending me a link with all the information that we had talked about !! (on his own!!!) Chad is absolutely AMAZING!!
Earlier this week a scammer called claiming she was with AT&T tech support and I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Fortunately I realized what was going on in time to prevent them from getting any money, but they had remote access to my computer and had corrupted all my files with malware. Calling Chad was the best decision I made. He got my computer back to me in 24 hours and even managed to save extremely important documents that I thought were gone for good. Chad will be my go-to for any computer issue from now on and I can't recommend him highly enough. He's very professional, keeps you updated, works quickly, and very fairly priced.
