I’ve been sitting in this bay for 1:36 minutes with one coil to offload. I’ve watched them pass the crane remote to everyone except the guy that’s going to offload me. I stopped coming here about 3yrs because of this same issue. I see NOTHING HAS CHANGED. It starts at the top. It’s ok to be friends with upper management, but management has to capable of managing friendships with work requirements. If not, then this is the result.

they treat you like a slave. they don’t care if you can’t make it on time because of the road conditions, if you don’t clock in on time you get pointed. they don’t care if you got something important to do, if you don’t come in (regardless the situation) you get pointed. they don’t care about their employees.

They treat you literally like a slave. You work all week and aren’t capable of taking responsibility for their actions. They hire drunks and cracked out people and wait until after a near death experience to do something about them and osha come get them you can have fire extinguishers blocked

This is the most driver friendly facility I have ever been to. The forklift drivers take the freight off and reload quicker than any dock person el I have ever delivered to in 20 years. The office staff is A1. B.O.L.s are put out quickly and efficiently and the staff still can say good morning. Awesome.
