Just saw their Cyber Security Specialist role posted on indeed and they're wanting to pay 24.85 an hour which is absolutely a joke. The average salary in huntsville for this role is 84k, lowest end is 64k($34 an hour for 37.5 hrs a week). You're literally getting paid 4 dollars more than an entry level technician role.

I truly enjoy working for Vuteq! There has been no other job I've had that has the best trainers youll ever meet. Ms. S and Mrs Julie. They made assessment class fun and very educational about what Vuteq provides and expects. I just started 3 wks ago and I've already after a week of assessment and in 2 weeks I've learned how to process quality parts. I've learned 4 different processes. The parts are not heavy they are made of plastic! Come on how easy is this? Too easy and they have the best benefits and comradereri from top to bottom. We all are team members! And the employees are diverse and the friendliest people I've ever met in my 51 years of life! Thank you Vuteq for this opportunity. I do not want to "seek other options".

Managing staff give much praise but little to no help in return. They are dishonest in saying that someone earned PTO only to reveal that they had none until a longer period of time. They take too long to get family members on benefits as if they stand about all day with their thumbs up their butts. At least the pay is decent, but don't expect honesty from them.

I was just treated so horribly by the orientation leader Shirley. She was horrible to me all week long. She was racially unfair toward me. And then set me up by telling us all to go the bathroom Before our ending test, which I made a 100 on, and then made up a lie saying I was seen vaping in the bathroom when I have witnesses that say that I was not. And I was absolutely NOT. They kicked me out after one week of training while having no way to pay me. They never got my banking info. Shirley actually told me at one point after she made me change my shirt twice in one day when others had on completely wrong Color shirt and were never said a word to, but she made me take off my under camisole you could barely see bc it was just there at all. Shirley rudely criticized every move I made when she said nothing to others doing same things, thinking filtering directions. In front of others I would so a question and she actually said she would not answer any of MY questions. Yet She’d answer and did everyone else’s questions. Just another woman in charge hating on other women for seemingly no reason, very unfairly. And vuteq is just letting it all happen with some even witnessing it and letting it go unchecked. I was agreeable and tried to get along with her at every way bc I needed this job—I have twin babies at home an in daycare. I needed this job. I wouldn’t have messed it up. Stupidly. She set me up were she told us to go to bathroom and she made up that fake story. Then her word against mine. They couldn’t even say who saw me supposedly vaping in bathroom. That’s because it categorically did NOT happen.

Lori, Denise, and Shirley of Vuteq orientation were extremely unprofessional, exercised personal bias and racism in the workspace, and all were very rude to me for no good reason. They shouldn’t have the authority they have because they are abusing it to fit personal prejudices. Women should stick together not hate on other women to advance their own agendas. Vuteq should do more internally to police their own in power to ensure no abuse is going on and to ensure that no systemic discrimination is taking place—because it is. And it’s wrong.

Not a good place to work. Was thrown in Apollo, supervisor and team leads never introduced themselves. The only person that could give me any answers or help me with anything was my coworker that was on process as well. One of the TLs has a real bad attitude, seen them yell at my coworker when my coworker asked a simple question. I was here only a week and realized pretty quick this place ain’t it. And they wonder why they can’t keep people.

Great place to work for. Great people!! We love this place and especially The girls who came in and talked to me and my son. You know who you are ladies....both beautiful and one dark and curly hair and the other, long , blonde hair...........wish I could say your names but.....
