I shopped with them in the past.. great deals, friendly staff. However, the new location has new people and I don't recommend anyone just wanting to browse to go there. Went with my family to see the new store, immediately greeted by one gentleman. Okay, fine, he's trying to earn his commission. But he followed us, and interrupted us 3 times in the 15 minutes we were there. That would've been a 3/5, but wait, there's more...

The third interruption came with a lady, angry and looking to fight someone storm up to assist us, right after the first guy checked in. And after our original guy asked his 3rd time, another dude tried to help. They're piranhas. This new place is worse than a car lot. 5 contacts, 3 people, 15 minutes. Be prepared.

I am so impressed with the Electronics Express in Decatur. My husband and I just built a new house and needed all new appliances. Sean worked with us and got us everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the appliance brand that I wanted to order and communicated very well throughout the entire process. We worked with many businesses/people throughout our building process and Sean stood out among them all because he really took the time to go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed with no issues. I have told so many people to get their appliances from him because of his great customer service. We will definitely be back if we are in the market for any other house appliances.

I mean i love the store, great set up and great atmosphere but my god can we tone down the employees asking if i need any help...im balding and about 40 lbs overweight im pretty sure i know what im looking for....i feel like i just stepped off the cruise ship at the port of Nassau with the bombardment of "do you need any help". Anyway the LG Oleds are beautiful

I wasn’t sure about Electronic Express at first and did not want to shop there at first. After checking other places we went ahead and tried Electronic Express. The store was very organized and clean, the sales associate was a delight to speak with and even after we decided what we were thinking about buying there we told him we had one more place to check for our item we chose. Our sales person was so kind and did not pressure or scare us into thinking we would lose our chance for the deal. I let him know we would be back and he was still good to us. Well, we returned and found our sales person to let him know we have decided to purchase from Electronic Express. The sales person definitely made a big impact on us along with the way the store looks and how it is run. Thank you for everything! We will return for any needs we have.j

Soundbar came on time and when they said!! But didn’t like like they left a 120 dollar Sony soundbar sticking out of the mailbox for just anyone to get!! Other than that satisfied

I recently had my first experience with Electronic Express in Decatur. Every associate I spoke with at this store was customer-oriented and had a "can do" attitude. From our purchase, to our pickup experience, and even after the sale, they were great to do business with. I will definitely be back for future possible purchases.

Good service. Bought a laptop but wasn't happy with it (not their fault) and upgraded it the next day. Very professional staff during the exchange. I will use this place from now on instead of that other, much larger place.
