Pete is fantastic! He saved my laptop after I screwed it up trying to remove malware. He was able to backup and save all of my files and data and reinstalled them after he wiped my hard drive and had to reinstall Windows 10. My laptop is now running like new and is so much faster at startup and accessing files and apps. Pete also repaired my wife's laptop that was having update issues due to Windows 10 not being able to update. He also backed up all of her files and data, wiped her hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 and fixed all her problems and she is thrilled that her laptop is working so much better. Pete saved me from having to replace 2 laptops, what a Great job he did for us. Thank you Pete for your excellent work!

New Business here in Pinetop, Adams Electric; I could not for the life of me get my printer to print when we got situated here in Pinetop. I googled "computer repair" for Pinetop-Lakeside and ABCD Computer popped up in the google search for google businesses. Called and Pete answered his phone and made room in his schedule to come over and troubleshoot. He was able to get both my laptops printing to my computer with ease. I would give 5 stars but when he came he checked my plug. The surge protector was off so my battery had run down. He was polite and checked my system over. I paid him of course. An expensive mistake on my part.
