Had 2 Samsung Android phone with cracked screen. Both phones we're worked on. Screen replaced without problems. Workmanship is very professional. Kyle, the technician working on both phones explained the process and timeframe of work. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them.

They do a very bad job. I took my phone for the third time and they just told me they can't do anything. They give you the screen very cheaply and it breaks very easily, the job is not very good and they still don't give a guarantee, very bad work.

I took my daughters phone there to have the screen replaced Twice in six months The” Off market brand” screen That they assured me was durable it’s definitely not durable! Screen cracked within three days I took the phone back and asked for a replacement they refused They wanted to recharge me the full price Again.. My biggest complaint is that during the replacement of the screen they completely Factory locked my daughters phone, so what was not backed up to iCloud Was lost indefinitely I was very upset that they did not warn me about this ahead of time that the phone could possibly get factory locked while they replace the screen..So we lost Precious family photos that can never be replaced! They didn’t seem to care too much about it very rude I don’t recommend anybody going here… I just edited my post in response to the Owner I dropped the phone one time it shattered on day 3 I brought the phone back You claimed to have offered a “large” discount Wow $10 No You were not helpful in finding a solution other than pay full price again! and you were completely rude about it!

Amazing Service and really friendly. Went in one day and asked about getting the screen fixed, we ordered the screen and they said they would give me a call when it arrived, it arrived about 3 days later and they let me know I could go in anytime and they would install it. Was not able to make it in that same day but did go the next day and the guy who installed my new screen was really nice and made friendly conversation with me the entire time. He was done in about 15 minutes and even thanked me for the tip I left. All around a great business and the two guys that helped me both on different days were really nice and welcoming. Will be coming back for all my techy needs

Fantastic experience!!
My husband dropped his phone and it cracked the screen.
His phone is imperative in order to run his business.
I called 831irepair and the parts were ordered that afternoon.
I dropped his phone off the next morning and Andrew had his phone ready in just about an hour!!
Superior business and superior customer service!

My laptop power receiving end was broke and I needed it fixed right away. I called and was told to bring it over. I did. He figured out what I needed, gave a me a quote and he called me the next day to pick it up because it was fixed. Great experience. Great customer service and just an all around awesome guy,!

Took my phone for a screen replacement due to it having dead pixels. They replaced my screen and a week later the dead pixels were back. I reached out to them to see if they can reconcile the issue and they took 0 accountability and said they don’t do refunds.
