I accessed this service via Thumbtack as they responded to a need I had for data recovery. The pricing was very reasonable (almost too good to be true which should have given me a heads up). However, they were a no show to pick up the device and late messages me to say they could not do the work. I do like to support local small businesses but this was quite a disappointment.

Phenomenal service, geek squad and the other big names wanted to charge an arm and a leg to send it to the manufacturer. Which takes 3-6 weeks, they got it done in a week!!
