I am so glad I found Rim Internet. I had virtually no options other than satellite for my cabin and after an extensive search contacted them in a last ditch effort expecting another dead end. Steve, as others have stated, is very knowledgeable and was able to set me up with high quality internet service that I thought was not possible due to the location I was but what is equally important is the service I received throughout the whole process. Steve is always responsive and professional and truly cares about the customers, the satisfaction of the client is their number one goal. We all have options but what happens after you purchase the service often times leaves us dissatisfied and looking at other options, my experience with Rim Internet has been top notch and I would choose them over other providers if I had them. I have had this service for about 6 months. I had a different company before that was horrible and had terrible customer service. Also they lied to me about the great service and that u would have no interruptions. Wrong! My friend In payson told me about rim internet and I have switched and have been happy with it. If I have a problem Steve is quick to respond and fix it. He is constantly working to make sure we are up to speed and functioning properly. I appreciate a local business that takes care of you as an individual.

I would not recommend this company. Steve is NOT responsive. Worse service than Suddenlink.

We have since moved on and been told that Rim Country is actually involved in illegal activities, ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM THIS.

What I can confirm is the internet is bad, and the customer service from Rim Country is worse.

I am happy for those who have had good service and perhaps we are not the norm.

I have been a customer for 5 months now maybe 6 and I am very please with the service and the great customer service steve sawyer has provided. Living in an area with no internet at home other than my phone service was rough because my phone service has had issues until this year when sprint merged to t-mobile. Now with rim internet I am never without service when my phone doesn't seem to work due to towers. I live out in jakes corner and I can say a few other neighbors of mine also have rim internet and they are pleased with the service, the set up which was cake, the customer service and the price. I recommend rim internet.

ITS MONTHS LATER AND I NOW HAVE SEVERAL NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH RIM INTERNET AND MIFI SERVICE. Every single month I go thru 1-3 days of internet service issues that appear to be due to mifi connect/Rim Internet not paying their bill to keep my internet service on. I have received a notice each month for the last 4 months that I owe money to AT&T. I have brought this to Rim Internets attention to he told they found a problem and have corrected it or I won’t be receiving that message any more. I left the original post here so you can see I was originally happy with the service till the end of the second month. That is when the companies were happy to take my money but not pay out their’s. Don’t be fooled!!!!

For those of you looking at internet service that is mobile, Rim internet meets most needs. Although not perfect, they do a good job, their customer service is very quick and responsive, and they meet ALL of their service claims. Everything was as described, response time was very quick from order to delivery.
The ONLY issue was a speed issue, the unit did NOT deliver the speed advertised or quoted, but it was close to the lower figure and double what I had before, and it was mobile …WIN-WIN… Steve is very helpful and gives GREAT customer service. Go ahead give them a try… you will be sorry.

We just started using Rim Internet at KRIM to stream Payson Longhorn sporting events and it has been a big improvement over our previous service. Steve helped us pick out the device and service that best served our needs. We would highly recommend Rim Internet to anyone in the Rim Country for their home or business!
