In an emergency, we called Sam of ITD Group LLC. He was remote but offered to troubleshoot via FaceTime. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely patient! He found the source of problems and gave options to fix. He walked me through the process of setting up the network. I can’t thank him enough for his poise as I asked questions and stumbled through the procedure. Our equipment works better than ever and all at an extremely fair price!

Sam from ITD Group just rescued my laptop computer with a new battery and hard drive. He was personal, professional and timely in his work for me. The turn around from the time I first called was really fast. The repairs were done and the lap top returned in about 24 hours. The most important thing he did for me was to move the programs from the old dying hard drive to the new one. He even contacted the tech department of a Bible search program that was purchased by another vendor and no longer supported to see how he could save it for me. Sam did an excellent job for me. I highly recommend Sam and the ITD Group without any reservations. I would give them 10 stars instead of the customary 5! You couldn’t go wrong in using them for your computer repairs or maintenance!

Sam is amazing. He offered so many possible solutions over the phone, and then after I got the elements I needed- HE CAME OVER ON A SUNDAY to help us get the router and satellites working. I ended up not even needing the new stuff that I bought “just in case”, and he was able to get our existing router and satellites working again. You won’t regret working with Sam. He is first on our list for our next tech project.
