They just got bought out by Sun Belt. I was there during transition to pick up a piece of equipment. I walked into offices they asked i they could could help me. I told them what i was there for they were expecting me anyways. The honcho from sun belt said hey we having a meeting give us a couple minutes. 1 hour 45minutes later the yard guy came out and said you here for blank i said yes he said take it. No paperwork no nothing. They kept me waiting for no reason. Now i was leaving 2hrs behind schedule and in the peak of friday traffic. Most unprofessional customer service ive ever seen in my 8+ years of being in Equipment Rental industry.
