I have had nothing but problems with this company. I had ordered some chairs and they shipped the wrong item. They offered a refund but only if I paid the shipping costs to return the wrong item. I sent pictures of the package showing that they had sent the wrong item. They told me the right item was in the package which it wasn't. It's been costly and a lot of frustration I would avoid dealing with them if at all possible.

I ordered an office chair 8 days ago. I paid through PayPal and instead of the money going to the company it went to a Brian Platt. I keep calling and can't get a real person. I reported him to PayPal which they are investigating. I will never order again.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! Bought a nightstand that arrived damaged and have called them 8 days straight, left messages every day, emailed every day; yet they REFUSE to contact me back! Worst customer service EVER!

This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. If you order something,make sure you can wait forever to get it, then once you do finally receive it you better like it because the saying NO HASSLE RETURNS on their website is a lie. I ordered a large wall hanging and 3 small. I kept the 3 smaller items but wanted to return the larger one as it was too big for my space. When I took it to UPS to send it back, as they directed me to do at Wild Orchid / Benzara, I was told it was 140.00 because of the size. I emailed and called the company 5 times to ask what I should do or could they send me a label, I expected to pay something..but not more than the item cost. When I finally got someone in management to respond, the final resolution was, and I quote "I quess it's just buyers remorse" There are plenty of other companies with the same stuff on line that actually still care about customers. This company does not !
