Very nice customer service. Shipping gifts for Christmas to two different locations. First time doing this at PostNet. All went well, and the clerk hurried so the boxes could get on the UPS truck, which was early. Normal pick-up is at 3PM, but sometimes, like today, they were early.
PostNet also offers printing services and P.O. boxes, among other things. They do lamination of most things, but there is a good-sized list of things they cannot do.
Parking is right in front, so the distance to carry is not far.
Used the UPS service again. Bring your package in before 2 pm., if you want same day pick up.

Kathy I not sure if I spelled it right but she was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! she was very friendly super helpful with instructing me to return my package just fantastic customer service all around!! Thank you!

I have never left anyone a negative, but I have been in 3 times and never had anyone to offer to help with anything I needed.
Sometimes a customer just needs more direction than a point

I use one of their private mailbox services ( for several years )and Holy cow!! The price is so expensive now I'm changing who I use. $200 a year for the box plus mail forwarding of approximately 5-8 pcs of standard mail is $10. Forward once a week and you'll pay $720 a year!!! That's more than my auto ins on 2 fully covered vehicles. Go else peeps. Not worth it.

The Manger was unable to assist me with my project in a timely and affordable way. So she suggested several alternatives so I could get my project done in a timely manner.

I've had a box here for a few years and was happy and willing to overlook Mr. Conklin. Mr. Conklin returned one of my packages without bothering to look at the name and this little stunt has cost me $200.00 when this part should of saved me $$$. The girls there are great and when I questioned them they assured me they don't send packages back especially if they just had arrived within a few hours. The girls were just as shocked. I had arrived and spoke to him while he was fumbling around with something else and he claimed there was no package for me. I had followed its tracking for a week and even had a conversation as Conklin signed for it.What the hell is that about, it's not like he is a new employee that made a mistake. He just does his job terribly. He has horrible customer service manners...when you step up to the desk he never gives you his attention he is always doing something else or mentally in another place, he dismisses you without dismissing you! He should not be in customer service if he doesn't care to be waiting on people. He is what I would consider one of those people who has his head up his own @#*!! Wouldn't of done this review but when I saw he posted a review with many stars then I was mad, angry, disgusted and decided to call him out! Who is accountable?
