This is a TERRIBLE FRAUDULENT company. One of my employees went to their office. It is a shadow operation. Completely fake. Only two admin staff in the office? For a company that supposedly processes billions of dollars in payments. Do not trust this company with your money. I was an enterprise client and they locked my account with over $400,000 in funds with no explanation, no details on when they will return the money, and then ghosted my staff. The principals of this company should be arrested for fraud

I have been using them for over a year and while simple and easy to use, their payments to my clients are never on time. They take the money out of my account days before they are able to deposit into my clients account. They have no phone number to call, you can only email them, and they take forever to give you any sort of answer as to what is happening. I am extremely disappointed with this service and do not recommend it as an accountant for my company.

Beware! These guys are bad news. They received our refund check and never sent it to us. They keep asking for more personal information. I think we were scammed.

I am new user with Checkbook but I'm amazed by how easy and reliable this website is. It is easy to send and receive echecks without having to issue a physical check (or buy them from the bank if they run out!) I love how smoothly checks get transferred between banks that smoothly.

The customer service is also really professional and responsive. Sam helped me with my issues and we were able to get my friend set her account remotely. Thank you, Sam!

I recently received my first check via checkbook, opted to print at home to deposit via mobile deposit. After 2 attempts to deposit the check on my own with no success, I contact customer support. Customer support responded to my chat in a timely manner and within in a very short time I had deposited the printed check via mobile deposit successfully with them right by my side! Very impressed by the level of support I received!
