Just got my Brio 500 dispenser and it's up and running. I enjoy it and it takes awhile to get used to. Different from using water from all those plastic bottles and I don't miss throwing all those flimsy plastic bottles away. The company has so many machines to offer I wish that I would have taken a little longer to make my decision, but I have a nice machine that will last.

This is a revised review. I started out with a very bad experience with this company and received false delivery reports. The company wouldn't answer phone or email requests for contact which lead to th conclusion it was a scam. However, I contacted the commercial division of the company and they traced what had happened. Turned out the entire fulfillment software used by the company had failed and the links to the tracking application had ALSO failed. This generated bogus shipping and delivery confirmations

A new order was reworked and the equipment subsequently shipped and delivered. I worked with my credit card company to reverse the fraudulent charge filing and took a minor credit score ding in the process.

All told, this order was a comedy of errors that wasn't funny at all. Things worked out in the end,but what a ride! The price worked out well, it was just a supreme hassle to get things done. If Brio's computer systems are now upgraded and functional, this might turn out to be a good company to do business with.

I'm waiting for my 3rd cooler to arrive. The first one burned out after only a couple of months. I had to spend a chunk of money to buy shipping materials to send it back, as they won't provide those, and weren't very nice when I asked about how it was to be shipped. "We're only obligated to provide a return label." Ok, fine. The replacement one was set up to ship, and I saw that the address on the Fedex Ground tracking was missing information, so I called Brio and had it updated. That machine flooded my kitchen a week later. Luckily, I remembered the shipping materials info, and saved the packaging. Now, here we are over a week later, and I'm still waiting for the 2nd replacement. They shipped it with an incomplete address (again!!), so delivery has been delayed. When I contacted Brio to indicate that they shipped with an incomplete address again, they said they used the address I gave them. Zero attention to detail. I've now provided proof to them that I had corrected it on the last shipment (I never failed to give my whole address, they failed to record it.) and have updated Fedex, yet again. Maybe the new machine will be here today. I'm really excited to see what this one will do. I mean, I just need it to heat, cool and dispense drinking water - but the other two had other ideas - I'm betting this one will, too. And I'm totally dreading the thought of having to deal with one more issue.

my unit worked exactly as advertised and is probably the best purchase Ive made for my apartment. dunno what the karens are on who did the other reviews, customer support was always great, when you call no robo menu it rings a customer support person directly and she was great every time. wish every company was like this.

Paid $1000 for an ice cube/water dispenser and it came with a dent on it! Have been calling all morning and have gotten no response. Pretty frustrating! Would like to get a replacement.

Do not waste your money on that company, I bought 3 machines at the same time, they hold for 3 months before they start licking .
called them and experienced the worst costumers service I ever experienced in my life.

The worst customer service ever. And the products are even more. They WILL NOT last year. Please don't purchase Brio brand

I've never been on hold and then automatically hung up on after several minutes of waiting by a company SO MANY TIMES. It's ridiculous.
