Beware, PRL sliding doors are horrible product, very low in quality cheap material and unprofessional workmanship, the assembly is just done by untrained workers.
the glass sliding doors are designed poorly and will not hold against the element of nature, we got leaks everywhere in house and now also molds everywhere, the door locks will not open or close with out tools, the screws all rusted and the aluminum frame are falling a part, the installation made with patches of aluminum and glass.
the installer Mr. Amir Levy from Vision Mirror and glass admitted that PRL product was a mistake and offer to contact PRL to remove all the glass doors about $120,000 cost of material only not including assembly and installation. also mister Levy said that in a meeting with the owner of PRL in a trade show when he told him about the issues he had with the PRL sliding door system he was answered that PRL aware of all the issues with the product.
I made few attempt to speak with Mr. David Landeros the owner of PRL but he refused to speak to me, and his secretary refused to share Mr. Landeros email address.
I recommend to stay away from all PRL product.

Horrible quality work. Every door ordered came in the wrong size. Had them remake them 3 times to still all be wrong. The hardware used is junk and not worth the time, effort, or money to deal with these guys. They do not not how to measure or do take offs. Door widths off by 1/4" and door heights off by 5/8". Absolutely inexcusable. Sent wrong size spindles to hang doors on. How would a door that gets a 3/8" clearance at bottom be able to use a 3/4" spindle? It can't. SMH. Run from these people!!!!

PRl Glass has done outstanding work on all of our orders over the last several years. I have not have one order related issue which is very, very rare. Hats off to Neri, Lydia & Sergio my reps. I highly recommend PRL. PRL also saved a large Commercial job for us a few years back when another large Glass Wholesaler who will remain unnamed could not preform to needed specifications. Buyer beware!! Pure professionalism out of California once again!

When you ask them to make glass per patented spec sheet they throw a fit and fire you as a customer!
My response to their “firing” me
You would think the “owner” would reach out at the very least with a phone call.
I guess they’re okay with internally deviating from a hardware manufacturing cut sheet. Photos attached!

Regardless of a "square" cut out. The issue is your 3/4" diameter bunny ears cut out. My field measure sheet states, " 5/8 diameter hinge cut out." a 3/4" dia cutout increases body height and allows the door to slip if you cut a 3/4" hole, the photos I sent clearly illustrate this. The spec sheet notes this about slippage.
CRL was made aware of manufacturers drilling a 3/4" diameter hole for the rabbit ears. "Your facility uses their shower CAD system" You're welcome to request the test sheets from CRL, FHC, and all the other import manufacturers who have to adhere to UL testing for the patent on the hinges. At the end of the day, your facility deviated from a patent design, ignored my request to follow the patent design, and sent me glass not adhering to said design. I'm sure at the executive level, your superiors are unaware of this, but most are not. But trust me, after this email, they will be. They will also be made aware of your response to my statement about the intentional deviation from a patented spec can potentially create a Libel issue. I know for a fact your executives and investors would not sit comfortably knowing their investment is intentionally producing materials outside of tested parameters. Paraphrasing, "The customer wouldn't know!" Well, you're right, but I know, and as a business owner, it is our responsibility to protect and safeguard our customers from potential injury, especially when it involves glass, a wet environment, and zero protection.
We could have easily rectified this and moved forward, your abrupt and unprofessional response over the phone to a CEO about QC and standards and the clearly heated and aggravated tone in your voice to me because I made a very reasonable and very valid point about patents and design and what it costs a company when mistakes like this are made is valid. I never asked for reimbursement, I made a statement to drive home a point that your facility missed multiple points of QC, one of them intentionally and it costs your customers. To jump immediately to tell me you're going terminate a new business relationship because I'm asking for a patent to be followed, I'd ask you forward this to your superior.

Please escalate this to your superior,

Michael Carlsen, CEO of Arizona Glass and Shower LLC,

Very slow service hard to get an answer from will call about picking up an order. It took a while but I got my glass and my order was still messed up. Not going back this was my third time and I waited weeks for this glass. Glad my client was not in a rush.

Saw one of their drivers almost caused an accident. If they’re careless on the road, I imagine the quality of their product must be the same.

I have been dealing with PRL for over 15 years and have tried others and will never leave them. Best service and their fabrication department is the best. Enrique who writes up my orders and does the break down knows what we like and how we like it. It's like dealing with family, every person I have ever dealt with there has been wonderful. Highly recommended for all your glass and glazing. Great products and excellent service.
