During the past 20+ years I have been using computers at home and at my office. On several occasions I have experienced interruptions due to Viruses/Malware issues and hardware failures. I would go through the routine of disconnecting the cables and carrying the bulky processor to a local computer service store for the appropriate computer service. I would need to anxiously wait for several days for the telephone call stating that I could come and pick up my processor. Now that I found Derek at geek@Your Service that has changed for the better when I need computer service. Now I call his company and they send a highly trained service person to my location before the end of the business day. If the problem is software related the problem is solved at my location and if it is hardware related the tech takes my computer to their service department for repair and returns it within 48 hours. geek@Your Service Computer service is exceptional and the prices for their services are very reasonable compared to the local computer store I was using. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer!

I used my computer every day for personal and voluntary complex projects for my computer. I'm a retired computer programmer and I knew it was having difficulty running Windows 8 but when the computer completely froze, I called Derek. He was recommended by several friends and neighbors. Trying to upgrade it to Windows 10 and not losing my programs and data was a very challenging job due to many issues, but Derek persevered, kept me informed and I couldn't be more happy to be now able to work again. The computer is more efficient, faster and stable. I also know if I encounter any issues, Derek will there there to either walk me through it or will address the issue himself. I'm convinced a repair shop would NOT have been as patient and just would have reformatted the drive. Call Derek first. You will be completely satisfied.

Derek has been coming to solve my computer problems for four years now.
I saw the ad on his car one day and soon afterword I needed his help.
He arrived promptly and was very polite and professional, even to the point
of covering his shoes. I needed his expert expertise yesterday and he
