We've been frustrated by extremely poor WIFI stability to our exterior home office building. At our wits end we called Nova ITS and we've been SO THRILLED with the results! Not only was the appointment set up quickly, but the work was done faster than expected with lower material costs. Our IT specialist, Todd, worked through problems that reduced labor and overall costs. Todd is friendly, professional and mindful of COVID-19 safety precautions. If the need arises, I will definitely be calling Todd again.

Todd has deep knowledge and experience and is very professional. He helped me with system architecture, selection of components, the ordering process and then the full onsite system installation which was superb in every respect for the rack, power, firewall, switch, modem, etc. and all of the software configuration for the network (Unifi). I can highly recommend NOVA ITS. Great quality, value, professionalism and responsiveness (by phone and email).

Todd the owner is a godsend!! I lost Internet service to my business computer due to a power surge so I was really put into a very bad predicament with my customers because I had many contracts that needed to be emailed out for signature. If not for Todd, I may have very likely lost some of these jobs!

What also amazed me about Todd was his excellent communication and how he didn't take it advantage of my emergency situation!

I needed to improve the WiFi coverage and reliability in my home. I wasn't satisfied with the equipment that Verizon supplied and was tired of trying to solve the issues on my own. After a lot of searching, I stumbled onto Nova ITS by chance. Todd was exactly what I was looking for. He's incredibly knowledgeable. He had the hardware I needed, so I didn't have to buy anything. We talked through what I needed and then he came out, assessed the house, and put in the necessary equipment to ensure reliable coverage for the entire property, and showed me how to monitor and maintain it. He was incredibly professional and did an excellent job, and our WiFi has been flawless ever since. Everyone in my household is thrilled. If you have any frustration with your current home WiFi, I highly recommend Nova ITS.

Todd converted all my cable tv’s and internet connections to Ethernet throughout my entire home all on the same day. Now I have one less thing to worry about that releases dangerous EMF radiation. Todd is extremely knowledgeable and professional and not on that he’s a really nice guy!

If you are looking for a great IT company, this is the one. I had a VOIP phone system to put in with very little time and this company "held my hand" through the whole process - answering sporadic calls from the vendor and even working late in the evening on site to meet the deadline!
