I would give them a 0 if I could. Even though I had to pick up the box in person and I should have been able to activate it myself, they said a technician had to come activate it. I had to wait 3 weeks for a technician, I took the morning off work to be home, they never showed up. When I FINALLY got in touch with an actual person I was told they changed the date and time of appointment, as if I don't have a job to schedule appointments around. When I returned the equipment to the store and canceled my account the staff was rude and unfriendly. The store staff refused to give me written confirmation that I canceled my account. A bad experience overall. With many other providers to choose from I will never attempt to use Cox again!

Constantly getting slow speeds and several times a month goes out, prices are high and they make you get things you don't need to try bring the price down. It needs be a flat rate at a decent price it's that simple can't wait for allo to be up in running

Store employees told me I had to buy a 30.00 phone to get 10 off internet was told if I returned the phone, I would be charged 50.00. I called customer service, they credited my account 30.00 and disconnected that dummy line. Thank-you customer service for backing up the customers. The employees at sierra vista cox needs more training. And stop telling people they need to buy a 30.00 phone.

Update 13 September. Oh look. The internet is out again. You guys are an absolute disaster. Maybe you should start discounting your services instead of ripping people off when your stuff constantly doesn’t work.

Tried calling for an hour and a half and they never answered the phone. Just drove there and they claimed they were busy even though there was no one in the store when I arrived.

This location serves its customers with the utmost and unparalled service. Twice in one day we went in to resolve separate issues, and they were each handled within 10 minutes. Can't wait for FIOS, but glad to be in good hands with Cox.

I am very displeased with COX. They are dishonest. If I had a better option at this point, I wouldn’t use them.Due to gross incompetence, they thoroughly botched my installation. Three different times,I made special arrangements to meet with the “technicians”,during their two hour window. Each time,they showed up for nothing, Because the previous installation steps had not been performed yet.(utility location measures& trench digging and installation of fiber optic line.) Because of this,I was told I would get my first month credited. They went back on their word, and only would offer me a measly $20 off.Also having a data cap on Internet is complete horse s/&$.

We moved and had to return our cable modem and Contour device after many years of being a COX costumer. I'd phoned to find out what needed to be returned and what the process was. The agent said we should get a handwritten receipt when we turn in the equipment. We signed in and after a short wait in comfortable chairs, the lady scanned the modem and brought up our account on her monitor. She handed us a small printed receipt and I told her they had instructed me to get a signature. She said we weren't going to get a signature from the store. Seemed odd. She walked us to the door and as she went back in, I took her photo.
