I had an email come in and I did everything I should not have done. After talking with my banking institution I was directed to wipe my phone clean. I didn't want to do that myself so I went to Info Tech. I spoke with Kevin for approximately 30 minutes about my problem. After discussing my situation at length he didn't feel that I needed to do anything further. As it turned out I was almost scammed/phished but my sense of something being off, AND of the internal I Phone protections i was lucky and did not get compromised in any way. Keving is not only a wealth of information, we are lucky to have such an honest skilled computer/phone tech in our area to turn to. He didn't charge me a dime. Great Guy. Great Service. Thanks Kevin

Helped me tremendously setting up my new s23. My sim card was broke off and stuck in my old s20. Down loaded all my information from my old phone to new , only cost 100 dollars. Will come back if I need any more support.

Fantastic - quick and friendly. My iPhone 8 had just stopped working and would not hold a charge. They were able to replace the battery (with a life-time warranty) for $45 in minutes. A real tech gem in Front Royal!
