We have been using Pocomos for our routing and customer management since 2014. It is an intelligent, very reliable system that works on all devices and is quite economical compared to other programs we had used or investigated. The company is also very responsive and adapts well to any recommended changes. We highly recommend them!

Just an update. Pocomos has been continually improving and adding features to their pest management software and it continues to work reliably. What I really appreciate is that they are very responsive to our needs. When I text them, even on weekends they are usually ready with a response in a short time. I am very happy with our overall experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with David and Lance at the Pocomos team for the past several years. As a small pest control company they have been a great fit. Their software is extremely user friendly, very easy to set up and has everything you need for your reporting, billing and scheduling to help my company run smoothly and efficiently.
Beyond that, the Pocomos team is very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions or issues that may arise. I would say one of the best customer service teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend them.

My company has been using Pocomos for a few years now. My office staff really enjoy using the product. The best part is the intuitive nature and functionality of the program. Not only is it paperless, but administrators can easily see route work in real time, make changes, and adjust routes with just a couple of mouse clicks. The system is easy to learn as well.

EDIT: We had a software invoicing issue for a long time. I am updating my review because I feel that Pocomos has definitely tried to resolve our issues with billing, and has been able to resolve it. I understand that technology can be difficult and that our situation was unique to Pocomos' software. I want to give David a shout out, because he has dealt with our frustration with stride and never gave up to help. I still think the software definitely needs improvement, but they shine in customer service!

As we continue to transition into going paperless, Pocomos staff has been there every step of the way. From our very first phone call to Pocomos, they have really gone above and beyond our expectations. They really make their program user friendly and easy navigate through.
