SyncTimes has been an amazing company to work with. We first learned about their product during a site visit at another clinic several years ago, and finally decided to partner with them a few years ago. The team is so helpful, innovative, and receptive to all requests for additional functionality. I can't tell you how much the system has improved overall operations and patient satisfaction. Prior to SyncTimes, if staff needed to communicate a need or an emergency with other staff member, they literally had to stick their head out the door and yell for help or wander hallways looking for someone. The communication capabilities with this system has solved a lot of issues for our clinics. Our patient experience team is also alerted whenever a patient has been waiting too long, so patient satisfaction has really improved. The amount of data we can retrieve from the the program is really helping us to learn more about where and how to improve. Thank you Alan, Ian and team!

My office is currently working with sync times, and it has made staff and provider lives easier! We offer several services under one roof, and prior to using Sync times, we struggled with finding staff so not only is it incredibly easier for us to locate staff, we have also realized how much time our patients have been spending alone in an exam room. Our new goal is to reduce that amount of time, and ensure that patients are not alone for more than 10 minutes without seeing or speaking with someone. This is helping tremendously with our patient satisfaction!

SyncTimes has been a wonderful improvement in our clinic. It seemed a little too good to be true at first but we needed something. They were far more affordable and aesthetically appealing than any other program we looked at. We went for it and it really has helped out clinic run smoother! They have been incredible to work with. In passing, I asked if the monitors outside of our exam rooms had a clock on them. They didn't. A week later I got an email saying they had made an adjustment for the time to be on the monitor. I didn't even ask to make it happen! Our whole clinic has been very please with SyncTimes!

SyncTimes is one of those few technology products that instantly made our lives easier rather than harder. We were struggling with losing track of patients in our clinic and what services they needed staff, locating staff resources to help specific patients, communication between front and back office, and a host of other workflow issues related to poor situational awareness. SyncTimes solved nearly all of those problems, literally overnight (of course it took some training and coaching the first few weeks, but it was a noticeable change from one day to the next). Our clinic operations have improved dramatically in the 9 months we've been using SyncTimes, and our staff would never let us take this product away from them now. We've decreased patient alone time from an average of 17 minutes to under 10, and we're working to get under 7. The impressive thing is -- that's without decreasing the patient's time with the provider or nurse. SyncTimes has helped us achieve what we weren't sure was possible with a system that is simple, elegant, and helps us create a better overall patient experience.

Sync Times has allowed us to improve our patient experience in the office. We have decreased patient alone time. Our providers are not always in and out of rooms when they need support staff they just press a button. For our team we could not take away sync times it is our new norm.

I really love SyncTimes it has saved me a lot of time not looking for Lab tech , My Provider, or any other person I need for that instance and knowing to check up on patients when they have been in the room too long. It has really gotten me into a better routine at work, and keeping everything organized. I love it wouldn't go back to the old ways at all !!!!

Heads up health care leaders and docs, taking a close look at SyncTimes will be well worth your time. We've implemented it and it quickly became an essential part of our workflow. Instead of searching for staff and resources, docs immediately can view their location on monitors, either on the wall or laptop where their nurse is located, where to find the clinic manager, where the EKG unit is hiding and etc.. I think of it as Uber within the health center. Support staff also receive an alert when a patient has been in a room alone more than ten minutes and can step in and communicate with the patient, letting them know when their provider will be in to see them. This is having a significant impact on the patient experience. An added and unexpected bonus is how it allows us to see who has had contact with the patient and the amount of time spent during the visit. In the event the patient tests positive for a contagious disease, we know who on our team had exposure risk and can then take appropriate action. I can't help but think this will become the norm. Health clinics with it will look like Uber. Those without it will look like Yellow Cab.

As a first responder in a clinic SyncTimes makes my job so much easier. When we are notified of an alarm it details what the alarm is and where. I would recommend this system anywhere.
