Netwize has consistently failed to follow up on reports of suspicious emails, raising concerns about security and responsiveness. Timely action on phishing and scam-related emails is critical in protecting company data and employee information. Unfortunately, repeated attempts to flag these concerns have been met with either delayed responses or no action at all. A more proactive approach and better communication would significantly improve their service."

Netwize has been AMAZING. I was in a tough situation with a Citrix renewal as they have changed the billing model. After reaching out to every single "partner" site that was listed on the Citrix page only to be told that they didn't work with companies that were not already existing clients, Netwize came through in a heroric manner. They answered their phone with a real live person, put me in touch with their sales folks and then they found out they were no longer a "designated" partner with Citrix but instead of leaving me in a lurch they reached out to their partner network and have helped me get the renewals for Citrix that I desperately needed. I haven't used Netwize in any other capacities as of yet but I promise if I am looking for Managed IT Services in the future the first place I will turn is Netwize. The customer service they provided even for someone that is not currently a client was supuberb and if I could give them 10 stars I would, do not hestitate to work with these fine folks, I know I will again in the future!
