I have been using Entrata since 2015 and overall have a great experience. I tend to call Entrata when there is an issue versus entering a ticket through their system due to the response time. I also seem to learn something new. I had a pretty big issue come up and was extremely stressed on how I was going to find resolution. Isabel M. spent about 45 minutes walking me through the process step by step on how to repair what was done. It was complicated yet Isabel was patient and reassuring even when we had to start over at one point. Best experience I have had in my 10 years using Entrata. Kudos to Isabel M.

Entrata causes headaches for the management company and tenants alike. They are double charging for utilities and continue to do so without error checking even after charges were corrected in a previous month. And they charge additional fees for this "service" of creating extra work and headaches.

seems like they hire a new customer support every day becasue they are extremly unhelpful and when they are unable to assist the managers refuse to get on the phone to help remedy the situatuon. I would be embrassed if I paid managers a good salary and they were too good to get on the phone to do their job....

In addition to a real lack of Cohesive design across web and mobile, Entrata’s smart home features are not working at the apartment complex in which I reside. This includes the integration of Salto, Brivo, ButterflyMX, LuxerOne, etc., and reportedly the support is terrible.

I have never been more frustrated with importing data into a system. Poor documentation. Zero flexibility. I would never in a million years recommend using Entrata as a property management company if you value your sanity.
