Growth99 misused my Google Ads budget for nearly 6 months—running ads under my business name that redirected to their own sales pages. I discovered this in December 2024 while testing my own ads and recorded video proof. They admitted it, but only refunded me after I escalated and demanded a full return of ad spend.

At the same time, I asked them to begin a website rebuild due to repeated errors and poor-quality blogs. The rebuild was never finished. The content they produced was full of inaccuracies, misspellings, and services we don’t offer. I had to correct them constantly. After firing them (got out of my contract 12 months early), they uploaded this incomplete rebuild into my WordPress site instead of transferring my actual live site.

The final backup they provided was missing everything I was contractually owed: no database, no Elementor templates, no XML export, and no editable service pages.

After they were terminated, they accessed my WordPress site without permission. I have timestamped login records proving this.

A full SEO audit confirmed what I suspected: over 200 pages are not indexed, my sitemap is broken, and my core services don’t appear in Google search. All of this was happening while Growth99 hosted my site.

They delayed, deflected, and gaslit me every step of the way. I’ve filed with the BBB and FTC. If you're a small business thinking about trusting them—don’t. You’ll spend more time cleaning up the mess than benefiting from their services.

These 5star reviews are fake. They take advantage of new spa owners with there false claims. My wife quit after they couldn’t deliver what she ask as far as what she wanted in needed for the website. After many times of them not doing what she desired for the design she told them she want no parts and want to break from the contract, they told her she can’t and have been billing her for a year and we had to dispute for over 6k. These people will take your card info and keep stealing every month. They are the worst. We will take them to small claims for trouble .

Oh look, another bad review! I came here as I'm fighting with this joke of a company. They sold us a huge dream which ended up being a template website. I came looking for a CRM tool and they've been recommended by some big name spas so I trusted without researching. Only after onboarding did we go to train on using the CRM and I find out oh...there is no API into our booking website. I specifically asked this during my initial call with Cameron to which he said "yea, no problem". I made it very clear what I was looking for. I have a 25 Year IT background and I am very familiar with API's and SEO. We have now had to add Zapier to create a hook into the API just to send a simple post-sale text. We can't use their SMS, we can't use their CRM. Nearly a year later our SEO is horrible. Within the first 3 months we slid down from top spots to 3rd, 4th and 5th spots. I had to keep up on them and they finally re-indexed our website. In a 12 month span, 8 of which G99 has been running out SEO there has been no change or a drop in our SEO. They'll manipulate windows of time to the person who doesn't understand this to show massive growth but it's not accurate. Now I'm here fighting to end our contract 4 months early and they're telling me It's $2,500 to end it. Run, far and fast. Now that I'm aware I've uncovered nothing but horror stories just like mine in dealing with Growth99. "Medical Millionaire".. yea built on the backs of practices who trusted in platforms like this to be sold a pipe-dream. Wish I could give 0 stars.
