To me honestly if you can't program all the buttons to work on a key fob .. just let the customer know that .. But to throw it out there like I'm not sure if this is going to work ... Well then I might as well wnt to the Honda dealer ... They guaranteed the key fob would program and all buttons would function... insted i spent almost $200 and my trunk will not open

My key broke off inside my employer's door handle. I brought Northwest the handle as well as a spare key and they not only got the key out but also improved how the handle functioned and provided several better quality keys than the spare I brought in. They did all of this for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! We should all do more to support quality local businesses like Northwest.

I just want to say that the owner and employees at Northwest Lock We're absolutely Amazing..... Just to make a very long story short I had to have a key fob cut I did not think it was going to be so inexpensive if I mustMust say it was cheap to have it cut and they explained in detail how toProgram that key to my car without charging me the $150 program fee... But that's not what I'm just absolutely amazed bye let me tell you Is my roommate forgot my wallet It was almost a quarter till 5 When I offered and pleaded an extra $10 on top of the $25 cut key to stay for 10 minutes... And they did it they stayed and guess what they did not charge me the extra $10 I don't have the money this was loaned to for them to be so generous and to work with me at a such late time of the day to me is top-notch No matter what my customers come first If I ever ever have a locksmith problem are I know anybody who needs a locksmith I will only refer Northwest lock to them Again gentlemen you have no idea how much you help me this evening I completely hope you have a most awesome week.
