I made an appointment to take my laptop in. They had it for 2 weeks to try and replace my drive. When I got it back none of my files were there. I took it back, they were able to find some of them, but not all of them. After I got it home it still wasn’t working. I took it back in and they had it for another 2 weeks to try again to fix it. They replaced the drive again and told me it was fixed. I got it home and still had the same problem. I took it in a fourth time. I called them since they never call me. They said “it has been quite a problem and they just want the problem to go away” so I will be going to get my laptop with it not working properly. They wouldn’t refund any money. I absolutely would not recommend them for purchase or repair.

These guys are great! Several people I know have recommended them, they generally have a really good reputation so I decided to take a chance with them. I have bizarre luck, and somehow ended up with the .02% chance of bad motherboard that passed all the tests but ended up breaking down the same day I brought it home. The staff at PC Laptops moved mountains to get me gaming the same day I brought the computer back in, and I am more than pleased with the results. I am ecstatic about this PC! This is the first time i have owned a modern gaming tower that was purpose-built for playing the latest games on ultra settings and I am overjoyed with how this all worked out. And the crew at PC Laptops? Even more ecstatic about the service I got from them. Hands down, if you are looking to purchase a PC or switch to a new repair shop, these guys are your best bet!

Kid’s Gaming computer was growing sticky green fur and running like a sloth. Dropped it off and after 7 days it was clean as a whistle and fast as a cheetah. Well worth the $50 to have it professionally cleaned.

My PC crashed after doing a system restore. After hours of trying to fix the problem, I decided I needed professional help. I turned to PC Laptops in Riverdale for help. I took my PC in and got help immediately. They were able to solve the problem and restore the functionality of the PC. While there I asked for help in transferring a program from my PC to my laptop. They successfully completed this task. When I asked how much I owed them for their services, they said I owed nothing. They said this was a free diagnostic service. They spent about an hour fixing my problems and saved me a lot of money and worry. A special thanks to Brett Knowlton, the service manager who fixed my computers. PC Laptops has earned my loyalty and I will use them for any future computer needs. I highly recommend them.

I am a retired atty that have been recently engaged with rebooting a non-profit legal clinic dedicated to providing legal services for no charge to those below the poverty line and to others with fees scaled to income and family size. In rebooting I discovered that QuickBooks only keeps data for one year after termination of their subscription service and therefore we lost our accounting records. Tyler has been incredibly helpful in assisting me to reboot a prior laptop to locate bits and pieces of accounting records to help me reconstruct our bookkeeping - all at no charge. And this is not the first time I've received this amazing service from PC Laptops. I highly recommend them to everyone.

You know a great shop by it's service, especially if they spend time with you to try and help you with a problem. Although they couldn't fix my computer, which is 20 years old by the way, the technician really tried to listen and recommend possible ways to get my data off the hard drive. His support was outstanding! Thanks for taking the time to help figure out what needs to be done. I really, really appreciated it. Super professional and friendly people.
