Purchased the Photo Ai 3. Although it has some good results improving low light situations the app is very slow. I could not possibly apply the filter to every photo on a modeling shoot. Time is money.

Having used Topaz now for the past few years it's become a staple in my editing. I used to use it to save photos and now I use it far more friendly to give photos a clearer and crisper finish! Fantastic, easy to use and one of the best value for money programs out there.

This software is excellent. Only problem is that, you might want to check your computer specs before buying the program. It runs a bit slow on my device. But the software does what is shows! I had to get a refund because my software can't run this, and the company had no problem giving me said refund. It was a nice gesture full of kindness to refund me! Thanks to Karen Watson for the lovely response helping me recieve the refund.

I have been dealing with computer/software support for my company since the 90's. Normally I get a solitaire game going because I know that I will have a long wait to talk to a person with a heavy accent that neither knows how to fix my problem nor who can communicate with me. I have used Topaz products for years and their tech support has really improved. Response time is fast and I even had a remote session to fix a pesky problem that seemed unique to my Mac OS. Thumbs up.

I was delighted with the quick and comprehensive response from the tech folks at Topaz Labs. They patiently answered my questions and helped me reload the software after I updated photoshop. As a portrait photographer I am impressed with way the software enables me to both edit and up scale images. It's an important tool for me in the work and it's good to know how responsive the tech support is.

I purchased Sharpen AI, DeNoise AI, Gigapixel AI, and Video AI, and have been very pleased with the results. Most importantly, the Topaz support team is just fantastic. I had a few issues, reached out on a couple occasions, and the response was always timely, informative, and helpful. Kudos to Ida P (Video AI) and Preston (Sharpen AI) who really did a great job in fixing my issues!

We bought Gigapixel AI. Had a bit of a problem with getting it registered (but only because I'm a idiot and didn't read the entire email), and sent in a ticket. I actually found it before they responded, so I sent them a quick email to let them know.

The product works great. It takes (to me, anyway) minimal processing power to use the product, I mean, I3 with GTX740? Old tech!

But love the product and the support seems fine.

I recently had a computer problem that resulted in the loss of my favorite BW Effects Topaz program as well as my security key, so I contacted Topaz Support, not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when Eric Lowery, Operations Manager, went out of his way in order to solve my problem. I had purchased that program long enough ago (maybe 20 yrs ago) that it was registered under an old email address I had nearly forgotten. Eric kept asking questions and kept digging until he found the original purchase agreement and was able to not only make it possible for me to get my program again, he made sure all my Topaz programs were now grouped under my current email address. I couldn't have asked for any more. His tech support was awesome.
