Carrots has been a great tool to track our sales and motivate our team to hit monthly goals. Although we have somewhat of a small staff, Carrots still caters to us by allowing us to track and work toward common goals as a team, which is ideal for us. The incentives are always a surprise and I love that they cater to our interests with the prizes. I haven't had many technical issues, but my few experiences with their customer service has been amazing. They even sent me a hand written card on my birthday!

I work with shiftkey and was supposed to receive an incentive bonus for work at least one shift for the 4th of July weekend. Here it is September 2nd, I have contacted my company and they told me to contact carrots since I haven’t received it. Should have received it mid July. Just a shame!

The company is fast to respond. though there were some hiccups with shipping, it was faulted to UPS and they quickly resolved the concern. So as far as timely service and quality products, I'd recommend using them
