SmartMoving is by far the easiest most organized system to use from staying on top of new lead captures, to keeping customer contact details up to date, tracking every customer interaction, dispatching of of trucks and managing customer accounts.

SmartMoving is a very intuitive CRM system with software very easy to learn and use and it has saved me over 10 hours of extra work each week by giving me the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize and the reports are much more streamlined.

I would like to give a big shout out to Michelle and Mackenzie for making the on-boarding process so easy. They have been excellent from training to very fast responsiveness when I had questions. We are now able to give our movers and our customers an easy digital tool to manage their moves!

Mackenzie was amazing! She was very thorough and extremely helpful with the onboarding process. The software program is really awesome. It does everything you need with dispatch, tracking customers, invoicing and collecting payments. Along with accounting and projections. I highly recommend Smart Moving and Mackenzie for your onboarding!

This company spoofs/ fakes their phone to be a local number and calls and harasses daily I do not recommend them.
I could not trust the company that fakes a phone number to call you so that you might be caught off guard to answer the phone.
