I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the support services provided by RamQuest. I have called their support numerous times, and each encounter has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

The technicians at RamQuest (John) not only lack the necessary knowledge to address issues effectively, but they have also been consistently rude and condescending during our interactions. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service.

In a recent experience earlier today, I called for assistance with a critical matter related to complete closing. Shockingly, the technician responded with an inappropriate and unprofessional joke, stating that they "sold sewing machines." Such a response is not only unhelpful but also demonstrates a lack of seriousness and respect for customers seeking assistance with their services.

My interactions with RamQuest have led me to the conclusion that this is one of the worst vendors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their lack of professionalism and customer-focused approach is truly disappointing. I would strongly advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before engaging with RamQuest, as the support experience has been nothing short of appalling.

I've been on RQ's CCE product for over 13 years. It is a consistent product that delivers what you need. You can use it as a basic product or expand to as much as you want. We utilize FileScan and Closing Market, which allows us to be paperless and efficient!

Technical support at RamQuest has greatly improved over the last few months, including wait/hold time, as well as, overall efficiency. Barbara is one of my favorites! She is always very helpful, patient and friendly and that is invaluable!

Inconsistent support who was didn't believe things or were unwilling to look further into it. Unsafe tech practices when working on your setting up things. I removed a domain admin account from running the IIS service that was responsible for taking files into the network. They fixed it after realizing it broke by simply adding the directory access permission for the service in windows ntfs permissions.
