We have been with Glass Hive several months now and have really enjoyed many aspects of it. My favorite is their amazing customer service. Emma, in particular, went above and beyond to research an issue for me, and not only write out where my misunderstanding was, but provided an explanatory video as well. They are prompt, friendly, and reliable with their customer service, and the entire platform is user friendly, and simplified to a comfortable level. I highly recommend!

if you are looking for a good CRM to do cold outreach on. This is NOT it. the best thing about this CRM is the help from their customer service team. Tyler is the best but im sorry if you are using this CRM. This doesnt integrate with anything and to go from contact to contact you have to have two separate pages open. Notes and calling feature are on two separate tabs. I guess if you are looking to just email prospects all the time, this can be a good CRM but thats it.

I have used a lot of different contact management tools and programs over the years and Glass Hive has still impressed me over and over. It's very user friendly and if for some reason the documentation doesn't tell you exactly what you need, they have a help chat that responds in minutes. Problems that took days to solve on our last platform now take minutes. Even then, we have run into very few problems.

For the beginner marketer or novice marketer, this tool offers a ton of features, built especially for IT service providers.
