Wow! Personable Tech people! From answering the phone, making an appointment, and getting there - with a call to make sure timing was OK! Then the sheer knowledge that Dallas Jones showed to fix my computer (and it was a hot mess!) - was most impressive! Thorough, good experience in this field - and when he left, I was most satisfied!
