Goodson Signs put my logo on my work trailer when I started my business 16 years ago and did a perfect job. I upgraded to a box truck in 5 years later and they did them same excellent work on that truck. I purchased a new box truck 5 months ago and have called them 4 times and emailed 3 times about getting an updated quote and art proofs so that we can proceed with the work on the new truck. On the phone I am told that they are working on it and that they will contact me soon but they don't. I receive no response from the emails. I have been very happy with their work but it seems they are no longer interested in my business.

Not sure how these guys stay in business as they cannot seem to return email or phone calls. On two separate occasions (a few months apart), we've emailed them artwork and complete ready-to-go details for some projects that we wanted quoted. Despite the low hanging fruit, we never received any response, so we took our business elsewhere

Terrible customer service and a very poor and cheap product. The actually design looks good but the components as well as the case are very poor quality. Went in to resolve the issue and they said they cannot do anything, they said that's just the way their products are.
