I am rating customer service at 1. I have been trying to get issues fixed for months, and I am lucky to get a return call in 2 weeks. I have been working on a couple of billing issues with their software that changed after they implemented an updated version. After some calls back and forth, they created a case on December 12, 2017. They suggested "workarounds" that I spent days trying to get to work, only to find out they didn't try them out, just assumed they would work. They didn't work. I sent them a letter requesting someone fix the issues that are preventing us to bill tens of thousands of dollars worth of claims, or have a supervisor call me. I told them in the letter I was about to write a google review if someone didn't show interest in providing some kind of customer support. Evidently, they didn't care about that either. It has now been another month. No supervisor called, no fix has been implemented, and no one gives a rat's behind. I guess they expect we will continue to pay the $30,000 a year for software fees, even though they don't want to fix the issues. I guess they think they are entitled to our money without supporting their customers. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH KINNSER. They are about to lose a customer that would have stayed with them for the longterm. NOT AT THIS RATE. Ted Minney, CFO, Genesis Home Health

Company seems fine until you have an issue. Then you'll discover their true nature. Bottom line....they cost us 15k and they could care less. Absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue at all.

Very very disappointed, High charges, poor quality and services. They need to hire better QA team to resolve issues. Every single day one issue arises and very poor in fixing it, very bad response to the complaints. Don't fall for them. There are better software out there. Move away.

All nurses that I know hate Kinnser software. And some quit the companies they work for or won't hire on for a company that uses Kinnser. Kinnser software for nurses is long, tedious, questions to answer are repetitious and the program is hard to navigate, you will waste too much time having to find orders, info etc, by having to go out of what your working on to other tabs and usually can't toggle back and forth. Also you have to constantly be saving your work or will lose it. Program or tablet , (not sure which, because no one can seem to come up with the answer) freezes, therefore losing your data, occasionally pops up a message asking if you want to save your data or continue, and starts counting down 5 minutes, but doesn't let you do either then kicks you out. Sometimes you go back to finish your visit and find that even after you've saved, you've lost all your work and have to do it over. No one seems to listen to the problems that you have or take suggestions.

I was forced to give Kinnser 1 star in order to post my review.............Staff is polite but software is HORRIBLE. This software should never be used by large Home Health companies. Kinnser 2.0 DOES NOT have any edits to assist in compliance with Medicare guidelines, no reports that capture all the information to assist with reimbursement collection and DOES NOT by any means capture revenue properly.
The company refuses to implement any necessary edits or hard stops that will assist any unnecessary error, rejection, rtp's or denials. This company promised more than they were prepared for and now are unreasonable to deal with regarding complaints. On a scale of 1-10 they are a -100,000,0000. Worse mistake my company could have made.
