Here now. Not sure why the bad reviews for staff facilities etc. Staff is excellent, place is big. Only thing Im not a fan of is operational procedure's. I think bringing in 6 or 7 backups is excessive and discourteous to patients time, schedules, and financial goals. Kinda selfish of Worldwide. Most places bring in 2-4 tops! Backup pay should be higher IMO if this is standard practice. I’m gonna try again because ya’ll are close to Austin and very nice but this is kinda a second strike. I don’t give more than 3

World Wide clinical trials worse place ever.
World wide clinical trials completely lied about urine Analysis results. I’ve been doing studies for years and I never had company lie about my test results until now. I take pride in my character, morals and health . This company completely destroyed my character with false lab results. I even reached out to the screening manager on site May 10th to seek professional help - NO justification or explanation for error in lab results. I told the screening supervisor 10mins after my failed test I would retake the test with a by stander watching me complete the urine analysis but nothing was done in my favor. I was Completely removed from study and band for 90 days. Justice needs to be served for this huge error in World Wide Clinical trials system. World Wide clinical trials worse place ever.
World wide clinical trials completely lied about urine Analysis results. I literally paid $105 for my drug test to prove their system is wrong.

NO POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! They lied about voluntary participation, you can’t cancel or live before the studies even do is an emergency, they will banned you for 6 months at least, they can banned you if the sponsor don’t do the studies or changes days before start the process, administration, food, personal no professional at all, worst food ever, payments are delete never paid on time, coordinators barely speak with you and never return your calls.

Checked of the study at worldwide and completed the follow up phone call 2 weeks ago still haven’t got paid the cordnator Laura said she would summit the payment still haven’t got paid for completion of study and Bonus I emailed 15 times no response it is the San Antonio location #5102148 is the study number the follow up phone call was on July 26,2024
