What an amazing program that FPG has created. I just started in November as Loan Officer for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. Although I am very well versed in marketing and strategies to get leads from "the street to the seat", I was really struggling with moving them from the "seat through the sale". I was losing prospects as fast as I was meeting with them. So, when this opportunity came up for me to take Jason's class, I was very excited and relieved. This has got to be the best sales training I've ever had! Courtney Cole was a fantastic facilitator. We learned the steps one at a time and had opportunities to role play in break out groups. After many years of being trained to “just follow the script” and abide by the archaic sales philosophies that only leaving you feeling burnt out, less than, and inferior, I feel a sense of relief to have gone through your training. I feel relief because I can full heartedly attack my dreams while no longer battling this sense of “manipulating” others to achieve them. I’ve always known sales is an important feature to any human experience but always lacked the experience and knowledge to go about it in a way that wasn’t so fixated on “catching the prospect” or “back dooring” them into a solution. This constant inner battle left me feeling burnt out & apathetic.

I believe this philosophy you’re sharing with the world truly and honestly takes the human experience into consideration. I recognize so many of the Universal Truths interwoven into the 5/4/3 system which tells me it comes from a place of deep, deep love rather than a sort of manifest destiny sort of place.

I am filled with great excitement to begin mastering this philosophy to achieve my goals of 32 closed homes with $14.5 million closed revenue by December 31st, 2025. I believe with this philosophy I will reach these heights with grace and enthusiasm, rather than resentment and emptiness. I know this is just a steppingstone for bigger goals bringing me closer to my long-term Dreams, as well as playing a direct role in the goals of KRM as a company and each individual within.
