My husband and I were looking for a foundation repair company that wouldn’t try to haggle us. One that felt honest with great information on what was needed and what to expect. We got 3 estimates for different companies and J.B Quality Foundation Repair was by far the best. They explained everything to us and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need but they did share information with us which is always appreciated. Once the appointment was set we worked with a Project Manager who communicated with us throughout the project very well. We have a pier and beam home so getting in a small crawl space is not a fun task and their crew were on it. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned any mess. They also layed down plastic to minimize any dirt debris on our floor which was very much appreciated with my OCD personality. Their crew worked very hard and we are more than pleased with the work done. Foundation repair can be costly and unfortunately with our old house it needed 3 beams as we had a lot of sagging because whoever did the foundation work before we moved in only had partial beams where there were pressure points. Once the house was leveled out it felt so much better and more structurally sound. Thankfully we have minor things to fix once the foundation has enough time to settle like a few cracks In some drywall and doors that need minor adjustments but we can handle that ourselves. Very thankful to have found such a great company for this much needed project. Photos are before and after.

We hired JB foundation to repair our foundation , They are absolutely good and will organized, The staff are very respectful and courteous . They worked hard to make sure that we are happy and contented with the results. They clean up and everything look’s good. and they added some repair of the bricks and outside the entrance of our garage . Very thankful that we have them worked for us . Thank you so

Chad you obviously done your job! Excellent salesman!! We had our foundation stabilized and a drip line put in. This company is the go to for foundation repair. Of the many contractors I have had work on my 100 year old house, JB has without doubt been the absolute best! He assessed what a previous company said was cosmetic only and not only quickly but effectively replaced the very questionable foundation of my house. J.B. Quality Foundation Repair is honest, knowledgeable, and amazing!! I noticed some shifting in my house, so I called four companies to give me a quote. The first specialist quoted me $4K for repairs, and the next two specialists told me no work was needed. Chad was the fourth specialist I spoke with. He confirmed that no work was needed, and then took an hour walking through the problem areas the first specialist had pointed out and explaining why no work actually had to be done yet. He was SO PATIENT and thorough answering my questions and teaching me what warning signs to look out for. And he was kind to my three-year-old who followed us around the whole time, which I appreciate. I will absolutely be calling J.B. Quality Foundation Repair when it’s actually time to fix the foundation. So grateful trustworthy companies like this still exist!!

10/7/24 Started the process in March with Chad, great guy, patient and professional. Fast forward to July because now I'm ready to commit and Chad explains he must remeasure house due to age of the last measurements. He was the only company that came and remeasured. Got me on the books to start 10/7/24 and day of entire crew was present and JB was on site to walk me thru entire process. The crew was respectful, polite, and professional. JB took more measurements, was on site the entire 3 days of work, walked the house with me and showed me the numbers, explained why they did what they did, and he found some depressions (I was aware-sit in a house long enough and start to see the baseboard gap begin to widen in an area, you get an idea something is wrong), he recommended polyfill in 3 areas-I've come this far and had 31 piers installed, polyfill without tearing up the interior of the house-ez call. It did the job of closing the gaps with no intrusive repairs needed. Paid for the mortar and caulking and WOW all the loose bricks and exterior gaps were chiseled out and repacked with mortar, bricks replaced, and the windows were caulked. The house looks great. I don't know what will happen in the future if I need any "warranty" work, but I have to think that a company that pays this much attention to the details on the front end will honor their work in the future.
