Very nice place to visit for electrical engineering ,all tpye of research and testing of electrical equipment like circuit breaker, Ct and pt and other appliance is done there . Employees are very good and behavior was good and they were friendly in nature. Our college visit was there and campus in so huge.

Here all electrical equipments are tested and got certified.

Lab and all other equipments are well advanced. But staff is still same as lazy, feel like working in government office. They don't have proper planning. You have to wait long time for 1 or 2 hours test. Staff co-ordination is very poor. Worst experience ever.

Erda is important for power sector, it's an International renowned laboratory. It supports Electrical Power Plant and Electrical Industries. It gives great experience in working here as testing as per different standards are done here, which enhances our knowledge a lot.

"For Entry gate security person ? minus rating need to be provided." My opinion after visiting ERDA continuesly for past 8 years.

Entry gate security never mind speaking to customers. Security don't even understand English, once we start to speak in English they behave very locally. I don't know why management having this Kind of security people's where people from all over world visits.

Infront of customers while speaking they crush and have tobacco. But they treat customer like "get lost"....

Management / CRM need to take action on changing complete security team immediately.

It really hurts the way they behaved to customers. All customer are same and they are paying them.

Kindly chage ID card or ID card system completely it's too dirty and irritating to ware at Covid situation.

Kindly teach security "Atithi Devo Bhava" "અતિથિ દેવો ભવ"

Staffs and test facility are good. 5 ? for technical person and CRM only.

The erda is nice for oil testing report of transform. Nice work ,but it's very slow. Many proses of documents varification. But report is perfect.

Snails are faster than erda employees .. terrible..you just can't get anything done in time from entry to exit.. however still remains best infrastructure for calibration in india..hope they can improve on customer satisfaction.
