Such a pleasure working with Rochelle. She is very personable to work with and found me the perfect hearing aids! Her can do attitude and overall knowledge of hearing aides was impressive to say the least.I love my new hearing aides! So amazing to hear again:) Glad that I chose to work with Rochelle, I will highly recommend her to my family and friends!

She help me during the pandemic. Before I went to Digital Sound, I brought a set of hearing aids for $4,500 (they tried to charge me $5,500!) from Ear to Hear. After a couple weeks of using the new hearing aids, I was having difficulty of hearing and the hearing aids wasn't doing what Ear to Hear said. I tried to reach out to Ear to Hear and to find out they closed their office in Surprise. I called the company and they gave me Digital Sound Solutions in Surprise phone number for help. I met up with Rochelle and she said that the hearing aids that was sold to me by Ear to Hear was not powerful enough to help me hear. So she got Phonak to take back the hearing aids and fitted me with stronger hearing aids and saved me over $1,000. Rochelle proved that she an professional honest caring person that cares about her customers. So that's why I gave her 5 STARS! So Ear to Hear is a nationwide company that only cares about themselves instead of the customer. They tried to charge me $5,500 for hearing aids that didn't work for me!

If you have a hearing difficulty, this is the place to go. They are reasonably priced and provide the absolute best customer service I have experienced. Rochelle Jones-Strode is knowledgeable, kind and caring. She has helped both my husband and myself. Highly recommended.
