Did security for this company in 2009ish. Higher ups were rude, arrogant and self righteous. Facility is great but their customers don't seem to like them either.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this company. Despite being loyal clients for many years, our experience with their service has significantly deteriorated. While I understand that costs may have risen due to COVID and other factors, our office has maintained three boxes for over nine years, with previous invoices typically ranging from $42.00 to $70.00 per visit. However, following the pandemic, prices inexplicably skyrocketed, with invoices now totaling between $130.00 and $160.00. Additionally, when our office relocated approximately five miles from our original location, I had to engage Iron Mountain to provide new boxes, resulting in additional costs for new keys.

Moreover, the invoices have been consistently inaccurate, erroneously stating that we have seven boxes when we only possess three. Despite numerous calls and emails to customer service in an attempt to rectify our address and point of contact details, bills continue to be sent with the name of an individual who hasn't been employed at our company for over a decade.

Feeling increasingly dissatisfied, I made the decision to terminate our services with this company. However, I was not informed that arranging for the return of their boxes would incur additional charges outside of their regular pickup times. Consequently, I received an invoice for $560.00, which included charges for emptying two boxes two weeks prior to their collection (a charge I understand), but I'm bewildered by the exorbitant $500.00 fee for collecting three empty boxes.

This entire ordeal has left me incredibly aggravated with this company. Additionally, I must emphasize the frustration of dealing with customer service representatives who often struggle with English proficiency whenever I call.

NO I DO NOT WANT TO CALL YOU GUYS BACK AFTER YOU READ THIS TOO

First class data center with additional floor space available immediately to the west I believe. Iron Mountain staff cordial and easy to work with relevant to site access controls and procedures. Interior photos are prohibited for security reasons.

Safe and secure. When the zombie apocalypse happens, this is where I'm heading. No just kidding. Safe place for data, reasonable fees have dinner business with them for over three years now. No interruptions in service since installation. No complaints what so ever!

One of the largest Data center in the state. The security here is ridiculous. Guards and tire spikes outside of the building. Badge scan and pin to enter the building. Retinal scan to get out into the floor. There are also badge scans at every door on the floor to ensure you aren't attempting to access a location which you are not authorized. Great support and great service even if you aren't a large customer
