My first experience was good but I tried to be a returning customer, the pricing doubled, which I was still willing to support since it's a small business owner but the customer service was horrendous! I went there twice and I had to wait for my cards to be printed. 1st time I went, at the time I was told it would be ready and I found out I had to wait for them to configure and then print. While configuring, the lady was nice enough to make a slight modification to the font and I told her I would come back the next day as i didnt wanna eait 20 more mins. My wife went 2 days later and the cards were still not printed. She had to wait 30 mins and was late picking up the kiddo from school. When I called the owner and inquired why the wait again and he was extremely rude! He Yelled.. "Did I charge you to change the font? No right? So why u complaining?" At that point I said that's fine, I will just take my business elsewhere and he yelled "OK no problem!" I wonder with an attitude like this how one can run a small business? Anyways... just my experience
